When anger rises, pause before reacting. Ask: 'Is this response aligned with who I want to be?' Channel that energy into purposeful action rather than reaction.

वीतरागभयक्रोधा मन्मया मामुपाश्रिताः। बहवो ज्ञानतपसा पूता मद्भावमागताः

vītarāgabhayakrodhā manmayā māmupāśritāḥ, bahavo jñānatapasā pūtā madbhāvamāgatāḥ

हिंदी अर्थ

राग, भय और क्रोधसे सर्वथा रहित, मेरेमें ही तल्लीन, मेरे ही आश्रित तथा ज्ञानरूप तपसे पवित्र हुए बहुत-से भक्त मेरे भाव- (स्वरूप-) को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं।

English Meaning

Many who were devoid of attachment, fear and anger, who were absorbed in Me, who had taken refuge in Me, and were purified by the austerity of Knowledge, have attained My state.
